What is your shipping policy?

All products are made to order. You can expect your unit to deliver approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase. We use a flat rate from FedEx Ground Insured for all deliveries and require a signature upon receipt. Please note that the flat rate is per unit. If you would like to purchase multiple units, please contact us for a specific quote. 

We currently do not ship units outside of the United States. 

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new JLA system. If for any reason you are unhappy, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you. We accept returns within the first 30 days after delivery. Please contact our office at info@jla.design with the subject line "RETURN", let us know that you would like to return your item and you will receive a confirmation number. Please do not return product unless you have a a confirmation number to ensure we can track your order. Product must be in original package, unused, and in good condition. We will refund your credit card for the amount paid, minus shipping. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges or postage.

 

 

Where are the sound systems made?

All of our sound systems are built in the USA. We source electronic components from multiple companies, both here and abroad, but the units are designed and manufactured in Austin, TX.
